Should your child be unable to attend school, please let us know using one of the following options:
Please state your students full name, year group, parent / guardian name, date and reason for absence.
If your child is late to school or needs to leave early, they must bring a note from their parent or legal guardian if not previously advised and go through the Hub to sign in or sign out.
Parents are encouraged to give the school as much notice as possible of a proposed extended absence by emailing the principal with the details of the absence. The Principal has the discretionary power to authorise leave of absence.
The school will contact the parent / guardian direct via SMS message if a student has been marked absent from school without notification. The parent/guardian must provide a reason for all absences from school.
Parent and guardian requirement – It is a legal requirement for any absence to be covered by a phone call or written explanation from the student’s parent or legal guardian.
